- 1 / 5By Dylan ShankIf I could rate zero I would. Pulled into the drive thru and easily spent 15 min in line waiting to place my order. Finally got to order my food and waited at least another 10 min. I got 3 full size roast beef cheader and two orders of fries. They gave me 3 junior roast beef sandwhiches with no cheddar. Because of the terrible service and time I already waited, I was not going to go back in line and wait another 10-15 minutes. While waiting in line at least 3 people behind us left the line because of how long it took just to order. This Arby's needs more staff and needs to be trained on what quality customer service is.September 22, 2016
