  Would have given 5 stars, the staff and atmosphere was great but, I ordered the turkey bacon cheddar sandwich and instead of cheddar there was white American cheese in its place. Then sandwich was not as tasty as it usually is, and if they were out of cheddar I should have been made aware before purchase. Ithe could have been a mistake, but they don't have that many sandwiches, so that seems like a very careless mistake...

  Every time I go in I get the biggest smile on my face! The staff there are so kind and upbeat! My favorite person there is the store manager Stephanie. She is just lovely, funny as all get out and always has a beaming smile on her face no matter what time of day it is. This location has stellar service. Even when the line is super long, I never have to wait long. I also love the fact that staff know people by name or by face. They have plenty of regulars, which says a lot because that means people enjoy going there as much as I do. Thank you for being awesome Dunkin Donuts of 3rd street Staff. You guys rock!

  Just spent 2 weeks at the Hilton in Harrisburg and I visited this Dunkin every morning. These employees are fantastic and go out of their way to make sure you're happy! They are upbeat and enthusiastic which always brightened my day. As soon as I would walk in, they were asking me what I wanted before I got to the cash register! They are super fast too!!

  The woman manager here runs a tight ship and calls her young customers "baby." She's great. Customer service is fast and friendly. Food is tasty and inexpensive.
