  Simply outstanding! Bread, antipasto, service, garlic spaghetti, chicken parmigiano, cookies, cannoli, cappuccino were all fantastic. Now my favorite place. Everything made fresh daily. Stuffed, and we brought some home. And the prices are so reasonable!

  Their customer service is horrible and so is the spaghetti. Bought a take out of eggplant parm and spaghetti. There was so much red pepper in the spaghetti it was not edible. When I called about my disappointment which was a day after I bought it and when I was planning to serve it, I was told if I would have brought it back the same day it could have been switched out. WTH...was Alvaro going to throw what I should of returned the same day...back into the pot. I was told they couldn't do anything for me. I guess Alvaro can't afford a plate of spaghetti to a disgruntled patron. I'm sick about it. Been coming here for years, bringing out of town guests here, telling everyone Alvaro has THE best Italian food in the area, made big orders for Christmas and new years for many years. They won't ever get another dime from me again. So so so disappointing. The older owners need to set that bratty kid straight about customer service.
